My hp laptop is no longer connecting to any wifi signals or even detecting any wifi signals and when I run the troubleshooter it gives this message “The Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems”.
what is this issue and how do I fix it?

This is the latest driver HP has for the RTL8822BE Wi-Fi adapter:
Version 2024.10.229.0 05/16/2024
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp153001-153500/sp153227.exe
Download it from another PC.
Copy the file to a USB flash drive.
Plug the flash drive in your 15m-cp0012dx's USB port.
Copy the file from the flash drive to your notebook's Windows desktop and run it from there.
