Hello all,

 

my Spectre Laptop is sometimes slow on Youtube/Facebook shorts, videos. Like it would litterally lag when I fast forward of even can load for 3-4 seconds on FB shorts. Sometimes, it takes 5-6 seconds to even show what I am writing in a messenger message. 

 

Internet is 500mbs and very stable at my home. HP diagnostic says it is fine, but when I do benchmark test it seems like some aspect of the CPU/videos/visual are underperforming.

 

Anybody had similar issue?

1. Restart Your Laptop
A simple restart can often speed up your laptop by:

Clearing temporary files
Freeing up RAM
Terminating background processes
Refreshing system resources


2. Free Up Hard Drive Space
When your hard drive is nearly full, your laptop’s performance suffers. Here’s how to free up space:
Press the Windows key + E to open File Explorer
Right-click your C: drive
Select “Properties” to check available space
Use Disk Cleanup to remove unnecessary files:
