Hi Jerry

Thanks for your ID/ contact details. The serial numbers you requested are

HP Laptop Serial No. CND 329 ZWX

HP 5740 Printer Serial No. (edited)

Recently I received an warning on my screen advising me of LPA.  Which apparently is a confict between HP & Microsoft software. However this warning gives no explanation. I'm therefore concerned as to what action (if any) I should take?.

Best..  Fabes

HI @Fabes1,

I understand how unsettling that sudden warning must have felt—like a flashing light with no map. The LPA notice usually points to a software conflict, but it doesn’t mean immediate harm.

May I know if you have tried to open any app/site?

Hi Jerry

Thanks for your response & your kind efforts to assuage my concerns.

Sadly memorywise I'm nearly 80 so my short-term memory is rubbish! I may well have landed on an email or website that's triggered this warning. However I can only hope that such conflicts are promptly resolved.  Best.. F.

I'm sorry that you didn't read my last message, when I explained I cannot remember the website, otherwise I would have advised at that point.
