Can anyone tell me where to find the SIM card slot on an HP 17-cn2013ca model laptop - if there is one? The device only seems to have 3 USB posts, HDMI and headphones jack but no external SIM card slot. I am switching cell service to Telus and part of the package includes 2 additional SIM cards for use in portable devices, and would like to use one with this laptop. Thanks.

The notebook does not have support for mobile broadband.

Normally only higher end HP business class notebooks and a very few expensive HP Spectre consumer class notebooks have support for mobile broadband.

I think they sell some USB cellular adapters you could use, but I don't know much about them.

You would have to also install a WWAN card inside the adapter, which none of them come with as far as I am aware.

This is just an empty case to support a WWAN adapter, but it includes the SIM card slot and antennas.
