I have a Dell Laptop that I can wirelessly print to the HP Envy 7640 with no problems at all. I had a 5-Series iPhone that I was able to print to the printere with no problem.
Then I purchased a new iPhone 7 and when I entered thesucurity access password, to get on the Printer's Wi-Fi, I continually get a message that the password is incorrect. When I try to reset the password I have to enter the [same] password (that still works with my Dell laptop) but i get a message that the password is incorrect and I cannot access the wi-fi network for the printer.
How do I do a hard reset to the printer so the factory settings return and thus delete whatever is causing me to not be able to connect my ios 7 to the printer. I realize by doing a hard reset, I will lose my connection to the Dell, but I am hoping by starting all over with a hard reset, I can use a [new] password that works for both my 7 iPhone and the Dell.
