Hp pavilion dv6
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After having several blue screens I was able to get the pc to reboot, but in the process I lost wireless connectivity. The driver is still there. I have tried 4 online fixes (by using my phone’s connection) and none of them worked. I have rebooted my modem and router as well.

Hi-

Thanks for responding. I finally got it to start working again by uninstalling and then reinstalling the WiFi driver from the devices list.

Check the status of your wireless device in the device manager. Also make sure that airplane mode hasn't been turned on.

Hi! Thanks for responding. Both network adapters (Realtek Family Controller and Realtek WiFi Adapter) are shown as working properly. The WiFi key F12 is on. Is there anything else that could be switched off?
