Hi, I am trying to upgrade my WiFi card to MT7921NG but only Bluetooth appears on Device Manager. I also check hidden devices but not even its name appears. The seller I bought from said it is caused by firmware, although I have updated my BIOS with the latest version on HP Support.

 

Does that mean my laptop's firmware is not compatible or the card is faulty?

(UPDATE)

 

I tested the MT7921 on my friend's laptop (which already had MT7921) and it worked. On the other hand, his MT7921 didn't work with my Victus. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot?
