My HP Support assistant does not load data and fails to perform diagnostics. I get the following:

 

An error occurred while attempting to load the content you requested

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the HP Support Assistant error.

 

Please try these steps to re-install the HP Support Assistant - 

 

1.) In Windows, search for an open Uninstall a program.

2.) On the Programs and Features window, select HP Support Assistant, then click Uninstall.

3.) Click Yes on the Programs and Features screen to confirm you want to uninstall HP Support Assistant.

4.) Restart your computer to complete the process.

5.) Open a Web browser and go to the HP Support Assistant website to download and install the HP Support Assistant.
