Hi @KMendo,

 

I reviewed the post As @Chimney_83 is out of office, I am responding on his behalf.

 

To open command prompt please try these steps:

  • Right click on start> then search for command prompt(ADmin in the list.
  • Then left click on that option. It opens a black window.
  • Here please try these commands mentioned in the previous post.
