Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP ENVY is on Windows 11 I have been unable to turn on Norton 360's Secure VPN. A Norton Tech Support Rep spent a lot of time testing and checking and determined that three drivers are missing or not running: WANMiniport (IKEv2), WANMiniport (IP) and WANMiniport (IPv6). How can I get these drivers and/or ensure they are running properly? Thank you.
