Hi @Casey2218,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To download the appropriate USB drivers for your HP F9J15UA after upgrading to Windows 10 Home, follow these steps:
1. Use HP Support Assistant:
- If you have HP Support Assistant installed, open it. It can automatically check for and install missing drivers.
- Go to the "Updates" section and see if there are any driver updates available.
2. Visit the HP Support Website:
- Go to the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.
- Enter your product name or F9J15UA in the search bar and select your device.
- Choose your operating system (Windows 10) from the dropdown menu if prompted.
- Look for the USB drivers under the "Driver - Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices" section. Download and install the necessary drivers.
3. Check Device Manager:
- Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager.
- Look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark, especially under Universal Serial Bus controllers or Other devices.
- Right-click on the problematic device and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
4. Download from Microsoft:
- If you still can’t find the drivers, check Windows Update:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
5. Install Drivers Manually:
- If you have access to another computer, you can download drivers from the HP site, save them to a USB drive, and then transfer them to your HP F9J15UA.
6. Reset Windows Update Components:
- Sometimes Windows Update can be finicky. You can reset Windows Update components to try to get the latest drivers.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
