Product: HP M27 Webcam Monitor

I have changed from a Notebook and now I use a Surface Pro 8 with an external MP 27 FHD Monitor with built in camera. The Surface is not finding my monitor camera but is working fine as an enlarging screen for docs etc via HDMI-c cable. How can I use the camera for Zoom and Teams?
