HP X3500 Wireless Mouse
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Mouse is not switching on i.e., when the fully charged battery is put into the mouse there is no red light which symbolizes that the Mouse is on and ready for connection. From few days Mouse is not switching on so I cannot connect with my Laptop. Previously the middle button(scroll) had stopped working due to physical damage.

Does it mean the Mouse is damaged and has to be replaced?

@Sahana26, Welcome to HP Support Community!

This looks like a hardware issue.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options/replacement for your mouse.

Hope this helps!
