Hello, my laptop's "wifi" function does not work. When I try to press the 3 icons on the bottom right it is not there (see attached photos) but what's also strange is that the airplane mode function is grayed out and cannot be selected. Before I left my home for my flight I closed my screen and when I landed and got to my hotel the button was simply not there. I have tried factory resetting keeping all of my files of course, I have tried looking for drivers (see attached photos) and finally I have tried to turn airplane mode on then off again via the keyboard. P.S. there are multiple wifi connections available.

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product: HP 15-dy2073dx

- When was the last time it was working fine? Wednesday morning, the day before my flight.

- Were there any changes made to your PC recently? No other than troubleshooting.

Hello Tylers2, I leave you the download link to install the wireless LAN driver, I think you don't have the Bluetooth driver installed either, I leave you the download link for the driver, but first go to Device Manager and uninstall the drivers and then restart the laptop, then install the drivers that I leave you. I hope the problem is solved.
