My Bluetooth is gone, and the PCI Serial Port is not working.

Can someone please help in fixing my bluetooth? I am also seeing PCI Serial Port is unavailable.

Hi:

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

You may need the W10 Bluetooth driver for the model wifi adapter.

You need this driver for the PCI serial port:

I am not a techy person. I don't know where to find the model of the Wi-Fi adapter. 😅

Earlier, there were four exclamation marks. After I downloaded and installed the PCI Serial port you gave me, it now becomes three. 😆

I didn't know what happen, but after I updated the drivers, I was able to see the Bluetooth icon. My heart is pounding so fast. Lol. Thanks again for your assistance.

I updated the drivers and right after, all the exclamation marks were gone. I was able to connect my Bluetooth device now.

It is pretty hard to find drivers for those Bluetooth Peripheral devices.

You can find some hints on YouTube for help.

I almost gave up. I am not an expert, but I was just reading a lot of references until I decided to write here regarding my concern. Again, thank you for your help.
