Can someone please help in fixing my bluetooth? I am also seeing PCI Serial Port is unavailable.

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

You may need the W10 Bluetooth driver for the model wifi adapter.

 

You need this driver for the PCI serial port:

I am not a techy person. I don't know where to find the model of the Wi-Fi adapter. 😅

Earlier, there were four exclamation marks. After I downloaded and installed the PCI Serial port you gave me, it now becomes three. 😆

I didn't know what happen, but after I updated the drivers, I was able to see the Bluetooth icon. My heart is pounding so fast. Lol. Thanks again for your assistance.

If you post the hardware ID's for the unknown devices, I will post the links to the drivers you need for them.

I updated the drivers and right after, all the exclamation marks were gone. I was able to connect my Bluetooth device now. HP Issue 2.PNG

OK, great.

 

It is pretty hard to find drivers for those Bluetooth Peripheral devices.

 

You can find some hints on YouTube for help.
