Product: HP ENVY Laptop 17-ae1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can i start off by say this is ridiculous that I have to post this and wait for an answer and you people charge customers for customer service over the phone, awful. My laptop will not load the xfinity wifi login page required to add my laptop as one of the devices within my xfinity account. Nothing loads, no matter if i type in the URL it should be reaching, I have turned off all protection and security options with no avail. What do i do?

What/Which browser are you using?

 

BitDefender is sceptical about the certificate for the site, therefore it gets blocked.

 

Try going via....   ---    96.114.21.40   directly.

 

It does not appear to be a HP fault, Microsoft maybe.  Xfinity if there cetificate is wrong certainly.
