My laptop keeps telling me that it doesn't have the printer driver no matter how many times I download it.

And you actually installed its software and drivers to your machine?  Please doenload and run the folloing tool

         http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).

Regards.

Okay.  I tried everything there.  When I bring up the settings and ask to use my printer, this is what it says:

HP6919FE (HP Envy 5530 series)

Driver is Unavailable

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  I have restarted.  I have installed new drivers, taken down firewalls , and performed diagnostic services.  I am very frustrated.  The printer works because I can print from my phone.  I just can't get my HP envy laptop  to acknowledge the printer.

The laptop is :   HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq103dx
