did you try the solution I suggested (see message 15 in this thread).

It's simple, quick and worked really well.

Yes, I tried that as well. Didn't do anything. There's no exclamation mark, Bluetooth is finally on and can recognize close devices it just can't connect to any of them.

In Device Manager under Bluetooth, right click and properties, what driver version is listed?

Thank you so much.  We downloaded the newest Intel driver (20.30.0) and it worked.  However, we had to also go into the device manager, show hidden, and update the Bluetooth driver.  Thank you all for doing the work to do this.  The sudden dissappearance of the driver was very annoying.

Hi All, I am unable to find the Bluetooth in Device manager even after "show hidden".

Can advise?
