I need some help.
I have had this problem so many times, and each time I had to restart my entire computer.
When my laptop connects modem with cable it works but not showing wifi
I think my computer has no problem connecting with a cable, but it says "couldn't find wireless devices" . I would really love to avoid restarting again and again
My HP laptop specifications are

OS : windows 8
Processor : AMD A10-4655M APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 2.00 GHz
RAM : 8.00GB
System type : 64- bit Operating System, x64- based processor

Hi

 

Hardware could be removed and reseated back into it's slot which sometimes works.

 

Make, Model and OS or SKU please.

 

What Does Device Manager report as the type of adapter?

 

WinKey + R and type msinfo32  SKU is line 9 probably.  Then navigate and give the adater details please.

Hi

 

So you have a HP Pavilion 15-n007ax Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) running W8.1 with adapter drivers installed correctly.

 

Default IP Gateway 192.168.0.1

Default IP Gateway  192.168.1.1, fe80::982d:7878:fefe:e7c0

 

One difference is you are using a lot of extra virtual Adapters, IPv6 for instance.  My default Gateway is just IPv4.

But you may be on IPv6 whereas the UK isn't.

 

My   ipconfig -all   and just looking at my WiFi is....

Try with IPv6 disabled.

i disabled IPv6

and i use the ip address which is give by you

but there is a problem

some times my laptop restarts by itself

and it happens everytime

have a look

please help me

i have an another issue sir

unnecessarily i remove keyboard from my laptop

and i just place it there again

but now some keys are not working

f1 , f8, f12, prt sc , delete ,  +/=  ,7,  caps lock , b , n

and mouse pad , buttons are not working

 please help me to resolve this prolem also
