I have been struggling to connect my laptop to my mobile hotspot. Each time I try to connect - even when the password is off - it says it "can't connect to this network". I called for tech support earlier, my case ID is [edit] but nobody was able to help me. I would really appreciate it if someone could, though.

@Zareph

Where is your hotspot ? From a phone or something else ? If from a phone does it have data and can your computer see the SSID on your phone and password ? On MANY phones, you have to disable network before it can broadcast.

Regards.

It's on my mobile phone! And I apologize, I figured out what was the issue. I had my hotspot set to "allowed devices only", and that's why my laptop wouldn't connect.

Thank you so much though!
