@Latakia, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like you're having an issue with your HP ENVY laptop not detecting any Wi-Fi networks, even after downloading the drivers. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

Restart Your Laptop

Sometimes, a simple restart can fix network-related issues. If you haven't already, restart your laptop to see if it detects the Wi-Fi network afterward.

Ensure Wi-Fi is Enabled in Windows Settings

Press Windows + I to open Settings.

Go to Network & Internet.

Under Wi-Fi, make sure the toggle switch is set to "On."

Check Device Manager for Wi-Fi Adapter Issues

Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.

Expand the Network adapters section.

Look for your wireless network adapter (e.g., Intel, Realtek, etc.). If you see a yellow triangle or an exclamation mark, this indicates a driver or hardware issue.

To update the driver: Right-click on your adapter > Update driver > Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

To reinstall the driver: Right-click > Uninstall device > Restart the laptop to reinstall the driver.

Reset the Network Settings

You can reset your network settings in Windows 11. This will reset all network-related settings, including Wi-Fi and Ethernet.

Press Windows + I to open Settings.

Go to Network & Internet > Advanced network settings.

Click on Network reset and select Reset now. Note that this will remove all saved Wi-Fi passwords.

Run the Network Troubleshooter

Windows 11 has a built-in network troubleshooter that can help diagnose and fix issues.

Press Windows + I to open Settings.

Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Click on Network Adapter and follow the on-screen instructions.

Check for Windows Updates

Sometimes, issues like this are resolved in newer updates.

Press Windows + I to open Settings.

Go to Windows Update and click Check for updates.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
