My HP envy 4520 will not print from my iPhone eights even though it finds the printer under select printer and says it’s printing but it will not print and says printer is off-line but it prints from my other family members iPhones and does not have any issues

On the printer tap the Wireless icon and locate the printer's IP Address.

 

From your iPhone open Safari and browse to that address. can you access the printer homepage?

 

If not, go to Settings > Wi-Fi on your iPhone and ensure you are connected to the same network as the printer.

 

If you can access that page, try following the steps 4 and 5 from the document below and see if that may help:
