Steps to Fix:

Check the WiFi Direct Status:

• Make sure your printer's WiFi Direct is enabled. This allows you to print the wireless settings (which include the WiFi password).
• To check:
  • Press and hold the WiFi button and the Information button on the printer's control panel at the same time for about 5 seconds.
  • This should print a network configuration page that includes details like the WiFi Direct password.

Reset the Network Settings (if needed):

• If you're unable to print the WiFi password using the above method, reset your network settings.
  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together for 5 seconds.
  • After resetting, try printing the network configuration page again.

Use HP Smart App: HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

• If the printer is already connected to WiFi and you're trying to find or change the WiFi password, you can use the HP Smart app to check and reconfigure the wireless settings.
  • Open the HP Smart app on your device.
  • Go to Printer Settings and select Network Information to view the password.
