Sometimes when I turn on my notebook, it couldn't connect to any wifi network. It shows no network at all. I need to restart my computer for it to be able to connect.

I just recently bought the laptop. It's brand new. I haven't made any hardware or software changes. Some days it can connect on startup just fine but sometimes it doesn't so I need to restart it and that usually fixes it but it's a minor inconvenience.
I can't find the Change Adapter options in Open Network and Internet Settings. I'm using Windows 11 by the way.
