Product: HP Compaq dx2480 Base Model Microtower PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I recently got a new WiFi card for my old Desktop PC, but my system isn't detecting this new hardware component. I have the updated driver for this WiFi card but since the system isn't detecting the WiFi card , I'm unable to run the driver setup. Could somebody please help.

Do you use same card, same part # as the previous one ?

This is the first time that I'm installing a WiFi card on my desktop, was using a LAN Connection previously.
