HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg2000 IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought my hp pavilion laptop a year ago and it started off having no problems. Around 4 months into having the pc, issues like slow moving times would randomly occur for periods of 5 minutes. This still happens sometimes where the computer will randomly start moving extremely slow just for a period of about 2-5 minutes. This isn’t the main issue I have encountered however. My internet connection will always randomly disconnect while I’m in the middle of typing something or playing a game. It is very frustrating and I have updated all my network adapters and updated the computer many times. I have tried different networks and it does the same thing for all of them. Sometimes the device doesn’t even say it has wifi abilities anymore when it disconnects. This keeps happening, and while I’m able to reconnect the device, in a span of 3 minutes it will disconnect again no matter what. My warranty just expired and I have no idea what to do, and it’s impossible to talk to a real person nowadays so this is my only option. To any one who can help, thanks.

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

These are the adapters that come up when I search in my device, not sure which ones work or if all of these are even supposed to be here, let me know with any further information on these adapters image.jpg

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to install the latest Wi-Fi driver for the RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has:

Version 2024.10.229.0      05/16/2024
