Hi:

 

Is the 2.4 GHz wifi band enabled on your router?

 

That model card can only connect to the 2.4 GHz wifi band.

 

The only suggestion I can offer if your router is broadcasting on both the 2.4 and 5.0 GHz wifi band would be to update the wifi driver to the latest version and see if that helps.
