Hello.
I'm experiencing an issue about the WiFi connection of my machine.
My laptop (HP Stream Laptop 14-ds0xxx) connects to the 2.4Ghz frequency and it works well, but it can't connect to the 5Ghz.
Specs:
Descrizione : Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter
Tipo frequenza radio : 802.11n
Driver : Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter
Tipi frequenza radio supportati : 802.11n 802.11g 802.11b 802.11ac 802.11n 802.11a.
I already used the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic Windows, but it found nothing bad.
I already verified the Modem/Router configuration, but I found nothing bad (and other devices not have problems).
Ideas to fix this issue?
Thanks for your attention and your time.
Alain.
