Hi @Kumud7,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP laptop is not showing any Wi-Fi option or is unable to connect to any Wi-Fi network. It could be due to a driver issue, a hardware fault, or a Windows network configuration problem.

Please Try These Steps First

1. Check if Wi-Fi is Disabled

  • Press Fn + F12 (or just F12) — this key usually toggles Wi-Fi on/off.
  • Look for a Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar or in Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.

2. Run Network Troubleshooter

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
  • Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

3. Check Device Manager

  • Press Win + X → Device Manager.
  • Expand Network adapters.
    • If you see a wireless adapter (e.g., Realtek, Intel Wireless), right-click → Update driver.
    • If it’s missing or has a yellow warning icon, the driver may be corrupted or uninstalled.

4. Reinstall Wi-Fi Driver

  • Visit the HP Drivers Page.
  • Enter your laptop model and download the latest Wi-Fi driver.
  • Install and restart your laptop.

5. Enable Wi-Fi in BIOS (if applicable)

  • Restart your laptop and press Esc, then F10 to enter BIOS.
  • Look for Wireless or Network settings and ensure Wi-Fi is enabled.

6. Reset Network Settings

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset.
  • Click Reset now. This will restart your PC and reinstall all network adapters.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
