I have a HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg0053cl nd whenever I use it, the internet stops working about 5-20 minutes in and kicks every device off of the network too. The only way to use the wifi again is to reboot the router but if I connect again, it does the same thing. It is only my laptop that does this in our household so I don't think it is a network issue. The odd thing is, it only does it when I am at this house. If I am at a cafe or the office, this doesn't happen.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop.
If you are able to connect your laptop to anyother network with facing any issues.
Then the wireless card on the laptop is working fine.
However, follow the below steps to update your PC.
Please install all the pending updates for the Windows operating system.
go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the BIOS and let me know if that fixes the issue.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
If the issue still persists, please contact your internet service provider for further assistance.

That unfortunately didn’t resolve the issue 😞 I was hopeful that it did but then about 20 mins later, it shut everyone off again.
The isp said since it is just doing it due to my laptop, they didn’t have any resolution for it or advice except to reach out here.
