Product: HP Notebook 17-by1053dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got this laptop a month ago.  Never had any problems connecting to any wifi networks.  We just got a new wifi setup in our house.  All other appliances can detect/connect to the new wifi, except for my laptop won't even detect it.  The laptop can detect and connect to other surrounding wifi networks, just not our new one.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Have you checked with your ISP? You might have to change some settings in the Router page since the Notebook detects other wireless networks
