My laptop wont detect a specific wifi, but other devices (phone, tablet, tv) are able to.

I got this laptop a month ago.  Never had any problems connecting to any wifi networks.  We just got a new wifi setup in our house.  All other appliances can detect/connect to the new wifi, except for my laptop won't even detect it.  The laptop can detect and connect to other surrounding wifi networks, just not our new one.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Have you checked with your ISP? You might have to change some settings in the Router page since the Notebook detects other wireless networks

Meantime you can follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06282875

Thank you
