Hi , 

 

Exclamation mark on bluetooth Device indicates Bluetooth Driver Issues . Go to search --> Type Device Manager-->Unistall Bluetooth Drivers --> Restart the laptop /Scan for hardware changes . It should fix the problem . If issue is not resolved , download and update the drivers from HP website
