My pc does not read simcards

Your PC can't read SIM cards because it does not have the optional WWAN networking hardware that is needed to connect to a cellular network.

All the SIM card does is allow you to use your cellular provider's network.

What don't you understand?

You can find what WWAN cards you can install in your notebook by looking at chapter 3 of the maintenance and service guide for your notebook which has the list of parts.

What I don't understand is how can I possibly help you when you didn't provide the model number or product number of your notebook?

Chapter 3, page 23 has the list of supported WWAN adapters with their HP part numbers.

Intel XMM 7262 LTE-Advanced (CAT 6)            HP part # L35286-002

Before buying one of the above listed WWAN adapters make sure that your notebook has the WWAN antennas already present in the location where the WWAN adapter installs.

Chapter 5, pages 43 & 44 has the WWAN card removal and replacement procedure.

Where you will be able to find and buy any of those cards in your country, that I do not know.
