My printer leaves off the top margin and the bottom margin is higher.

I see that you are facing margin cut off issues with your HP Officejet Pro 8620 E-All-In-One Printer.

  

You may download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).
