HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Was using the wifi at an offsite location today. Came home to my usual home network and had no internet. Tried to connect to my home network (should have connected automatically) and then saw that it’s as if wifi doesn’t exist. No wifi drivers anywhere. Just tells me to connect to Ethernet…which I can’t do because this computer (HP ENVY 360) has no Ethernet port! Seems I’m not the only one with this issue looking at past HP topics but all fixes I haven’t tried yet require internet access…which I obviously don’t have. I bought this computer just three months ago because my old computer had so many wifi driver issues. Beyond frustrated that this is happening again. Please, please help.

Thank you so much. I went out and purchased both a 50ft ethernet cable and a USB-C to ethernet adaptor this afternoon so right now I Have ethernet but my typing of anything is at a snail's pace and I don't understand why. Please see the attached screenshot - as you can see there is also now a grey camera icon stuck on my screen that won't go away.

Here is the first screenshot.

Here is the 2nd screenshot. I coulnd't see any "Other drivers" as mentioned in Step 2 so I have no screenshot of that.
