Product: HP Notebook - 14-dk0599sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop just stopped connecting to the wifi unless with half a metre away from it.

I have updated drivers, disconnected and reconnected  the router, switched the router off and back on, but nothing has changed!

All the other products in the house work on the wifi.

Any help would be great thanks.

Most likely due to the antenna(s). Did you open the case lately ? Please use pp 40-41 of the following Guide to check the connector(s) of the wifi adapter and reseat if required.
