My computer is reading my wifi connection with a completely wrong name and thus cannot connect to the wifi network. Furthermore, it is not reading any other networks. I have reset the computer and the problem is persisting. I have used the troubleshoot multiple times and it still is reading the network wrong. Please assist

That means it does NOT know your network, the name could be from your neighbor's network. Looks like it only see 2.4GHz networks. Please allow your router to broadcast dual bands. Your machine now can see 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect

Regards.
