HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP 17.3" laptop which came with a wireless mouse.  Everything has been working fine until one day I noticed that the mouse wasn't moving as quickly as it did before.  As I move the mouse or roll the wheel, the arrow will move, but peroidically would not move at all.  I tried cleaning the pad, the mouse. checking the updates and anything else that may have an effect on the mouse.  Still no luck.  Any guidance?

t could be due to low battery, wireless interference, or driver issues. Check and replace batteries, try the mouse in a different location, update drivers, and ensure the USB dongle is securely connected.
