OK...now I know what the problem is since you posted the hardware ID for the USB controller.
Here is the link to the product specs for your notebook...HP says it has Intel hardware.
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05573915
But from the hardware ID you posted, your notebook has an AMD processor and chipset, which is why the drivers for the smbus and USB controllers weren't working.
You need to install the AMD chipset drivers from the link below and restart the PC.
You want the 2nd file down on the page (W10/W7 x64)...the file heading indicates W10 64 bit, but the file is good for W10/W7 as you can see when you click to expand that line.

Hi:
First, install the chipset driver and restart the PC.
This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager. This package is provided for supported computer models running a supported operating system.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87001-87500/sp87257.exe
You need these wifi and Bluetooth drivers...
This package contains the DCHU driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723BE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, RTL8822BE, andRTL8822CE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook and desktop models running a supported operating system.

Ethernet:
This package provides the driver for the Realtek Ethernet Controller in the supported notebook/laptop models running a supported operating system.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91001-91500/sp91410.exe
If the USB ports aren't working, you need this driver...
This package contains the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95218.exe
Thermal dynamic:
This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework firmware. Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework provide system temperature and power utilization information for the system thermal protection to function properly. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

You're very welcome.
The chipset installation utility should have installed the smbus controller driver, and the USB 3 driver I posted should have installed the USB controller.
So the only suggestion I can offer regarding those would be to install the Intel chipset installation utility driver directly from Intel and the USB controller driver directly from Intel.
Download, unzip and run the setup application from both files and restart the PC.

The PCI device needs this driver...
This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

Since windows names several devices as unknown, it would not be possible for me to tell you exactly what drivers are needed, so please post the hardware ID's for the unknown devices. Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
Did you install the graphics driver you need?
If the graphics driver is missing, under the display adapters device manager category, there will be a standard vga controller listed.
If the graphics adapter driver is installed, there will be an AMD graphics driver listed there.
If you need the graphics driver, I would need to know the model AMD processor your notebook has.
