HELLO
I'm using HP Pavilion 15-au027tu, and my laptop only be able to use window 10. however, i try to install window 8.1 pro, and now, i can not find PCI device driver and an unknowndriver.
where can i find them?

Really hard to say without knowing the hardware id of each device. In Device Manager right click and choose Properties. Go to Details tab and use the dropdown selector to get hardware id.

Your machine came with FreeDOS2.0 actually. Please try the following Realtek Card Reader Driver:

 

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78362.exe
