Recently I bought HP Pavilion 15-eh3085cl AMD Ryzen 7 7730U from costco:
https://www.costco.com/hp-pavilion-15.6%22-touchscreen-laptop---amd-ryzen-7-7730u---1080p---windows-...

After a few months, network adapter and wifi disappeared in windows 11. After a fresh clean install I still don't see the network adapter to connect to wifi, could anyone provide a link to the device-driver based on the above info.?

Your help is truly appreciated.

Thank You

According to the parts list for your notebook, it comes with a RTL8852BE wireless adapter.

HP PartSurfer

This is the latest driver for that model Wi-Fi adapter, but I don't believe it will install unless you can get the Wi-Fi adapter to show up in the device manager.

@Paul_Tikkanen Thank You for the reply, so what do I need to do in order to have it show up in. device-manager. I have enabled the network-boot, done network reset and tried a lot of options. But No luck so far, any ideas?

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, therein lies the problem.

I have no idea how you will get the Wi-Fi adapter to show up again if doing the steps you did were not successful.

There's only one thing I can think of that you can try and that would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall the factory image.

Enter the full product number of your notebook at the link below which is 7G766UA#ABA

Cloud Recovery (d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net)

It will report that the product is supported and give you a link to download the software.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support

If that works, then install the latest driver in hope that it prevents the problem from reoccurring.

If that doesn't work you will have to contact HP customer service for warranty support if you can't return the notebook to Costco for a refund or exchange.

Anytime.

Glad to have been of assistance.

That's great news that installing the latest driver got the wifi card to show up again.
