You're very welcome.

I'm surprised that W10 didn't install a driver for that model Realtek card.

My 255 G7 has the same card and W10 automatically installed the drivers for it.

Here are the links to the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers you need for the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi card:

2024.10.228.3

Bluetooth:

1.9.1051.3004

Hi:

HP only supports that model series for W11.

So, there are no W10 drivers on the support page.

I don't know what model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook comes with since HP installs more than one Wi-Fi model.

Could be Realtek, could be Mediatek.

Go to the device manager and if the Wi-Fi driver is missing, there will be a device labeled under an Other Devices category labeled as a Network Controller.

Post the hardware ID for the Network Controller device and I will post the links to the W10 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers you need for it.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device.

Thank you for responding so quickly.

Hardware ID is PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_C821&SUBSYS_884D103C&REV_00, which is a Realtek.  I checked their website, but really did not know what I was looking for.

Thank you again.

I also found out that the Win 11 driver will work.

Anytime.

Glad to have been of assistance.

Yes, if you look at the W11 driver folder that is created after you run the exe file, you will find that the driver is really for W10.

The driver version I gave you is newer than the W11 driver on your notebook's support page.
