I have purchased windows 10 hp laptop 15q-dy0xxx nd I have installed windows 7 but I dont have drivers iam unable to access the internet also
So i need the drivers of windows 7 15q-dy0xxx serial number :[Personal Information Removed]

Hi:
Your notebook is only supported by HP for W10 64 bit.
See if these drivers work...
First install the amd chipset driver from the link below...Select the W7 x64 driver from the list, and restart the PC after installing the driver.
Graphics: Install the W7 x64 driver and restart the PC.

If those drivers don't work, going back to W10 would be your only option.
Use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
