Hi to everyone, HP Pavilion Laptop 15-n273ea not showing any network adapter devices not even the LAN, you plug in the Ethernet cable and nothing shows up you look for the WLAN and it does not exist, yes both LAN and WLAN are not there anywhere, I tried another wireless card the U98H113.00 and it does not show up as well. I tried a bit of everything’s and not able to sort it out, registry, new fresh install of windows 10 64 bit, back to windows 8.1 64 bit because I read other people got this problem after upgrading to windows 10 but even going back to windows 8.1 did not work, Networks Adapter are not for this Laptop anymore, tried the HP Assistant, nothing gives back my Networks Adapter, what's going on? The only way to get online with this Laptop is by USB Wireless Adapter, Realtek 8811 CU and more using it on my HP Desktop it’s enough to plug it in and Windows 10 Pro 32-bit install it without any problem, when I use it in my Laptop I need to install the driver because Windows 10 Home 64-bit does not install it. I hope someone of you can help me, thank you everyone, Filippo Siscaro.

Hi Filippo
Do the relevant Network Adapters show up in Device Manager?
Could be a hardware issue. Try running HP hardware diagnostics. See page 93 of

Hope this helps

What happen if you remove wlan module, does ethernet show up in device manager?
Which wlan module was installed. Can you download driver from manufacturer website? For Intel module, I would use Intel Driver & Support Assistant to detect and install drivers.
