Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi..I want to ask.....Why after I installed windows 7 on HP PROBOOK 6560B there is no network adapter and bluetooth. After that incident I went to 'Device Manager' and I updated and installed new drivers...still not get wifi and bluetooth. What is the solution?

Hi:

 

It is possible that one upon a time your notebook had the HP connection manager software installed.

 

If the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth were turned off in the connection manager and you reinstalled W7, they will not reappear again in the device manager until you reinstall the HP connection manager software, restart the PC and turn them back on using the software controls.

Also check to make sure that the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices are enabled in the BIOS if there is a setting to disable them.
