Hi:

There is a newer wifi driver than what is listed on your notebook's support page.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try this one...

This package contains the DCHU driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723BE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, RTL8822BE andRTL8822CE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook and desktop models running a supported Windows 10 or Windows 10 Cloud operating system.

Before you install the driver, download and save the above driver.

Right click on the Realtek wifi adapter.

Select Uninstall.  Check the Uninstall driver box.

Restart the PC and install the above updated driver.

That doesn't sound good.

You might have a defective wifi adapter since it is giving you so much trouble.

The only other suggestions I can offer would be to back up your files and reset the PC and rule out a software/Windows issue.

If that doesn't fix the problem, then you may want to replace the wifi adapter.

If you are going to go through the trouble to replace it, you may as well upgrade the card to the only dual band AC card that works with one antenna cable.

HP part # L17365-005.

The only place I have been able to find this model is on eBay.
