Microsoft Windows 11

Hello all!

After upgrading to ver 22H2 of Windows 11 I’ve encountered an issue where my network adapter is unrecognizable (disabled and hidden without any option to enable).

network reset, update the driver and other YouTube suggestions didn’t work either.

I reverted back to the last update and it went back, so it’s definitely the cause.

Updated again, and the problem returned. This time I did Hard reset, and the Wi-Fi returned, only to disappear again when I did another window’s update. This time, hard reset does the job until the laptop goes to sleep and then the issue pops up.

would use your wisdom.

thanks,

Avri

Hi, Avri:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Realtek Wi-Fi driver for the model Wi-Fi adapter that your notebook has and see if that fixes the problem.

The driver is good for W10 & W11 and is probably newer than the currently installed Wi-Fi driver.

You're very welcome.

Hi unfortunately the issue returned.

It has to be related to 22H2 update. Do you have any other suggestion?

Hi, Avri:

Sorry, that updating the driver did not resolve the problem.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
