The Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter adapter is experiencing driver -or hardware-related problems. 

Even though I have Internet connection on all my other devices I cannot connect on my laptop. This is the error that is coming up as I try troubleshooting.

Please download the following drivers and save on your computer - you can use a different computer to doanload

 

        Wifi:               https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100501-101000/sp100552.exe

        Bluetooth:   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100501-101000/sp100556.exe

 

Uninstall wifi adapter from Device Manager

Install above downloaded files to your machine.
