I have a problem with my network card, Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz, it keeps dropping out.

I have to uninstall the card and driver then reinstall to fix.

Has anyone any information as to whether the card itself is the problem, is there an updated driver that I'm not seeing, is this a know issue with this card?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to install the latest wifi driver directly from the Intel site and see if that helps.

You want the first one on the left side of the webpage.

Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters

Thank you for that.

I'll give it ago, getting more and more frustrating.....almost every couple hours it goes down

Just a quick update.

Network card still drops out, disappears from device manager.

HP customer support working on it, but looks like laptop has to go in for replacement card.

Yes, it does seem that there is a hardware problem of some sort with the wifi card.
