Product: HP stream laptop 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Turned on my laptop. It would show in the bottom corner “wireless” would not find any networks (tried multiple). Thinking it was an issue with the driver (Realtek) uninstalled. Saved an updated driver to thumb drive. Tried to install updated driver. Won’t work and now won’t even show wireless as an option. 

have done a factory reset.

Check if you have any restore point available prior to the start of this issue and perform a System Restore
